Hi, I’m Melody, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of True North Massage Therapy.

Becoming a massage therapist has been a meaningful journey for me — one that grew from7am a genuine calling to help people feel better in their own bodies. I believe massage isn’t just about easing sore muscles; it’s about offering a calm, comfortable space where you can slow down, reconnect, and simply take a breath.

I’m trained in several massage modalities and like to tailor each session to fit what you need that day — whether that’s relaxation, focused work, or a mix of both. My approach is gentle, attentive, and centered around you.
